Luxury Estate Design

The main color for this house is black then beige. The flooring is black as well as the walls. Most likely inspired by the architectural window beams that connect with the black fence outside. Its important to know how the client will use the home, specifically each room. This room looks like a conversation room with guests. However, just as in most homes for sale, there are pieces in the home that are just meant to enhance the interior, like the giant flower on the table. The flower is placed there by a stage designer who preps homes for sale, while the rest of the home was prepared by a traditional residential interior designer.


This is a room in the same house using the black walls and black floor as a canvas for design. The designer added a b lack table small chairs as opposed to thick fabric hairs. The color scheme is very good in that the carpet contains dark grey or black and the yellow tones are pulled and placed on the table. For this room, I was replace the chairs there with this chair.
