A cool potion that makes eyewear more enhanced, Mascara Volume and Care Primer conditions and enhances the wear of CHANEL mascara. 0.21 oz. Made in France.
KEY INGREDIENTS
The formula contains a meadowfoam oil derivative with fortifying properties, as well as plant-based waxes that coat lashes. The white color turns translucent after application and adds when the primer is worn on its own. Ophthalmologist-tested and suitable for contact lens wearers.
HOW TO USE IT
Apply to clean lashes. Before the formula dries, immediately follow with mascara.
