Ingredients  1x2x3x

  • ▢1 cup orange juice (good quality)
  • ▢1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ▢1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ▢1 banana
  • ▢1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • ▢3 cups baby spinach leaves
  • ▢1 cup ice

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. 
  • You may need to stop, stir, and run again to get everything blended. 
  • Add a little extra water or orange juice if it’s too thick. Serve immediately.
