Basic Raspberry Smoothie Recipe:

    • 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
    • 1 banana (for creaminess and sweetness)
    • 1 cup liquid (almond milk, regular milk, oat milk, or water)
    • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess and protein)
    • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
    • Optional add ins:
      • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.
      • A small handful of spinach.
  • Instructions:
