Perfect for the diner who wants a refreshing after-dinner treat.  mehalabiya is especially popular with everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vaaslifestylemag.com\/theyummyscoop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Screen-Shot-2021-06-12-at-3.29.14-PM.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 cups milk\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00be cup white sugar<\/li><li>1 cup cold water<\/li><li>6 tablespoons cornstarch<\/li><li>1 cup heavy whipping cream<\/li><li>1 tablespoon rose water<\/li><li>2 cardamom pods, crushed<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vaaslifestylemag.com\/theyummyscoop\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Screen-Shot-2021-06-12-at-3.30.09-PM.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Step 1<\/strong> Combine milk and sugar together in a saucepan; bring to a boil.<\/li><li><strong>Step 2<\/strong> Whisk water and cornstarch together in a bowl until smooth; stir into boiling milk. Cook milk mixture over medium heat until thickened to the consistency of cake batter, 15 to 20 minutes.
