Apple Pear Fitness Smoothie

Super fitness energy super yummy in tasty smoothies like this apple pear delight. Every fitness routine gets a burst of energy with this tasty fitness energy smoothie.

INGREDIENTS  

  • 2 pears peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 apple peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • ¼ cup oats gf if required
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon optional

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Dice and peel the apples and pears.
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a thick consistency. Add ice to preference.

Benefits of Apples

Lowers cholesterol

The antioxidants and fiber in apples are a winning combo to help lower that number. The type of fiber that stands out here is pectin, which binds to cholesterol in your digestive tract and flushes it out.
