INGREDIENTS
- 2 pears peeled, cored and diced
- 1 apple peeled, cored and diced
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- ¼ cup oats gf if required
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dice and peel the apples and pears.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a thick consistency. Add ice to preference.
