Bel Air Cozy Luxury

In every design the designer creates a sketch of the proposed layout of the furniture and accent pieces. In that sketch is the flow of traffic that people take when they interact with this environment. Here, the designer is focused on the outdoor area and keeping the view of the skyline in view from the seating area. For this area, I chose the following arrangement below which takes the seating to a more luxurious quality. Also matching the outdoor ground color.

Here is the outdoor area from a different angle. When choosing furniture, its always good idea to consider the ways it will be used. Here, the seating fabric will need to be fireproof. Certain fabrics are naturally fire resistant, but as always all fabric can be treated with a fire proofing spray which is needed in this area of the design. For this seating, I would re-create the area using the following seating.

Located in the most spectacular enclave of Bel Air, this contemporary estate boasts epic unobstructed city-to-ocean views. Inside, a grand gallery-style hallway links each public room, creating a natural flow for entertaining. The main living spaces feature walnut wood floors, stone accent walls and include a great room, formal dining room, home theater and library. Additional features encompass a private wine cellar, a gourmet home kitchen and a chef’s kitchen for fun picnics.
