Beverly Hills Luxury
Designing a bathroom is an important part of every home, and the designer here captured the unique use of this room. As in every room, the designer must learn how the room will be used and who the client is. This bathroom, on first inspection, is a bathroom for two people to share. The focal point of this room is right in the center because it draws our attention first. It is the reason for the room to renew and refresh and it is represented in the most luxurious way. To re-create this room, I would have selected the all marble bathtub. The flooring shape design and the bathtub itself would also be customized as pictured above.
This lounge room is in the same home as in the bathroom, but here, the colors are centered around a common furnishing, the rug. However, I would have used the black and white flooring to dominate the colors and bring in darker tones. To better balance this room, I would enhance the darker tones from the pool table with a rug beneath. Darker tones are also found in the side chairs, bar chairs, drapery and table lamps. This rug in the room is too light, instead, I would have placed the below rug that would balance this room better.
This Italian-inspired mansion in Beverly Hills is a superb design and craftsmanship by renowned architect. It offers an elegant and lavish lifestyle with indoor-outdoor entertainment. Notable features include premium fixtures and textures, precision water-cut Italian marble inlays, Crestron home system, commercial elevator, and backup generators. The formal spaces include a living room, dining room, family room, office/library, game room, and a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, NEFF custom cabinets, and a breakfast area for fun cupcake picnics.
Super luxury design!
