Lamborghini Urus is the first Super Sport Utility Vehicle in the world to merge the soul of a super sports car with the functionality of an SUV.
The top speed of Lamborghini Urus is 305 kmph. According to the manufacturer, Lamborghini Urus can hit 0-100 kmph in few seconds.
Labeled as one of the most powerful SUV in the world. Lamborghini Urus comes bolted with a four-litre, V8 twin-turbo petrol engine. This turbocharged petrol engine is competent to deliver six hundred fifty hp of power at six thousand rpm and a healthy torque of eight fifty. Making the best power-to-weight ratio and most powerful SUV on the planet earth.
In transmission, power is sent to all wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission. To manage raw power, the driver gets different drive modes like – SPORT, EGO, NEVE, SABBIA, and CORSA.
Urus Epic Wheel Steering System
Lamborghini Urus comes fitted with a non-conventional 4-wheel steering system. In conventional steering, front wheels give direction to any vehicle. The nose of the car moves where the wheels point, whether it’s left or right. It keeps real wheels stationary to its axis and drags along the direction of front wheels. In 4-wheel steering, there are two different conditions.
High speed: All wheels work in the same sympathy. This helps Urus to maintain agility and perform better while cornering.
Slow speed: It’s a different situation, now the rear wheels go against the front wheels. This gives Urus SUV a right turning radius and helps to manoeuvre in tight spaces.
Urus Super Roomy Supercar
No one could have imagined that Lamborghini would ever make a four-door supercar. Right? But, as we know, this is not the first SUV by Lamborghini. The four doors allow are more car feel but with the power of a Lambo with the horse power to drive from Dubai to Cali.
Lamborghini With Turbocharged Engine
The strategy was to make the SUV light-weight. So, instead of using a massive engines, they picked a small V8 with two turbochargers. Here, these turbochargers with V8 is delivering the same output as it does in more significant engines. The quick shifters prevent any turbo lag.

Here are the driving modes for the Lamborghini Urus.
- STRADA: For comfortable driving
- SPORT: For more agility and performance driving
- CORSA: For precise and maximum output of the SUV
- NEVE: For Slippery surfaces
- TERRA: For maximum comfort in off-road conditions
- SABBIA: For dry and sand surfaces
- EGO: For auto selector according to the condition
