Luxury Living Estate

This home maintains the latest in modern home technology. The designer decided to keep all the windows equipped with smart glass that blurs the outside from the inside. For this room, the glass is blurred. The designer also decided to add dining chairs in white that balance the room. To re-create this room, I chose the following chair in the same color that keeps the room balanced and modern at the same time. As with all design furnishings, fabrics are chosen specific for the project. This Restoration Hardware chair has fabric textures for every design. Super comfortable for picnics.

The designer has added sparkle to this room that gives it the luxury design. The stools at the counter aid in distributing color in the room. To recreate this room, I would add the handmade stool chosen below. This chair is modern and luxurious especially with white fabric super elegant for cozy picnics.

On only rare occasions does such a spectacular residence grace our presence! This world-class estate is a masterful collaboration setting a new standard of luxury living. Every area has been meticulously curated to seamlessly blend opulent design elements, textures and organic finishes on an grand scale while prioritizing both comfort and serenity. Approaching the property through the double gated circular drive, one is immediately struck by the two-story glass frontage, impressively outfitted with smart glass technology. Upon entering the two-story foyer with floating staircase you are welcomed by the open living spaces and exceptional indoor/outdoor flow enhanced by pocketed sliding doors lining the entire rear of the home. The culinary kitchen is a piece of art all its own, boasting clean-lined cabinetry, concealed refrigeration, luxury appliances, walk-in pantry, double islands, built-in espresso service and butler pantry for luxury picnics.
