Pizza super yummy delicious and super easy to make. Traditionally made with dough like this recipe but also made with other breads such as bagels and also muffins. This recipe includes the crust and sauce. Yummy pizza picnic!

PIZZA SAUCE:
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
PIZZA CRUST:
- 2 1/4 tsp SAF instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 1/2 cups flour (approximately)
TOPPINGS
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: pepperoni, sausage, canadian bacon, peppers, olives, mushrooms, pineapple, bacon, etc.

SAUCE
1. Heat all ingredients in a saucepan or in the microwave. (Or you can make it an hour ahead of time and let it sit to achieve similar results.)
CRUST
1. Mix yeast, sugar, and water in a large bowl and let sit 10 minutes.
2. Add salt, olive oil, and enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead a few times just till smooth.
TO BAKE
1. Preheat oven to 475 °. Divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll or press each piece of dough into pans that have been greased. I like to sprinkle the pans with cornmeal, but this is totally optional.
2. Poke holes in crust with a fork. Bake for about 5 minutes.
3. Picnic ready!

My coder is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on numerous websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress posts into it? Any kind of help would be really appreciated!
