HOW TO USE IT
Prime eyes with Prep + Prime 24-Hour Eye Base for added color intensity. Apply over the eye area (eyelids and creases) with a 239S Brush, using a pressing motion to build color for a bolder look. Apply to the eye area with a 217S Brush, using a circular motion to blend color for a diffused look.
