Super Fitness Acai Bowl

This acai bowl is super energy because it has ingredients like peanut butter and honey. Plus the raisins give it the boost of energy, its a perfect fitness picnic super food.

1 smallFrozen banana, chopped
1/4 cupAlmond milk (or other milk of choice)
1 tspMaca powder
Small handfulFresh spinach (you won’t taste it!)
Toppings1/4 cupGranola (whole-grain, low sugar)
1 tbspAlmond or peanut butter
1 tbspHemp seeds or Chia seeds
1 tspCacao nibs
1 tbspGoji berries or sliced fresh fruit (like kiwi or peaches)
OptionalDrizzle of honey or agave

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Blend the Base: Add the almond milk to your blender first (this helps the blades move).
  2. Add Solids: Break the frozen açaí packet into pieces and add it to the blender along with the frozen banana, maca powder, and spinach.
  3. Blend Thick: Start blending on low, using a tamper or stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Use as little liquid as possible to achieve a consistency similar to soft-serve ice cream. The thicker the better!
  4. Pour: Scoop the thick açaí mixture into a bowl.
  5. Top & Serve: Arrange your toppings over the top: granola, nut butter, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, and fruit/berries.
  6. Enjoy Immediately for maximum energy and flavor!
  7. Super picnic super food!
