Super Fitness Acai Bowl

This acai bowl is super energy because it has ingredients like peanut butter and honey. Plus the raisins give it the boost of energy, its a perfect fitness picnic super food.

| Toppings | 1/4 cup | Granola (whole-grain, low sugar) |
| 1 tbsp | Almond or peanut butter | |
| 1 tbsp | Hemp seeds or Chia seeds | |
| 1 tsp | Cacao nibs | |
| 1 tbsp | Goji berries or sliced fresh fruit (like kiwi or peaches) | |
| Optional | Drizzle of honey or agave |
👩🍳 Instructions
- Blend the Base: Add the almond milk to your blender first (this helps the blades move).
- Add Solids: Break the frozen açaí packet into pieces and add it to the blender along with the frozen banana, maca powder, and spinach.
- Blend Thick: Start blending on low, using a tamper or stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Use as little liquid as possible to achieve a consistency similar to soft-serve ice cream. The thicker the better!
- Pour: Scoop the thick açaí mixture into a bowl.
- Top & Serve: Arrange your toppings over the top: granola, nut butter, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, and fruit/berries.
