Sweet Fitness Smoothie

Yoga and super cool fitness routines require nutritious foods to power muscles. This smoothie has all the vitamins and minerals needed for a healthy lifestyle and fitness routine. Here is a yummy smoothie recipe made with almonds.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (divided)
  • 1 banana (cut into chunks)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

Soak the oats overnight in almond milk, then blend everything else together the next morning. That’s magic!
