This Beverly Hills estate has lots of shapes and texture. The designer used same colors but in different shades. Brown is the main color in this room, just in different hues. For instance, the sofa, chairs and book shelf are all brown that when put together in this room, blend well giving the illusion of layers and textures. The center table looks too small, so in its place, I would add this dark brown coffee table that matches the sofa. This coffee table color balances the room as it matches the upper walkway color.

The seating in this room is curved to make a half circle. This type of seating is for a cozy design in close proximity to the outside where picnics can be brought inside the house. To recreate this room, the following sofa would be a good choice for an afternoon of picnics.

Every surface throughout the home is one-of-a-kind, with stone, marble, and brass details integrated into every elementfrom the 3D ribbed stone vanities in the hidden powder rooms to the custom shelving and backlit stone centerpiece fireplace in the formal living area. The kitchen is a masterwork of symmetry and sculptural function, featuring Poliform cabinetry, dual marble islands, Gaggenau appliances, hidden refrigeration, for super fun picnics.
