Luxury Family Room Design

Super luxurious living room is absolutely cozy with a view and wonderfully positioned furnishings. Upon entering this multi-million dollar Pacific Palisades home, we notice the cozy location within the home that the designer decided to put the living room. This specific area for lounging can be placed anywhere. For instance, the living room could be moved and in its place we put a dining room table. However, the designer made good use of the fireplace by putting the living room in this location. The fireplace in this design is an insert that is powered remotely. In the construction phase, a hole is made in the wall or marble and this piece is placed into the wall itself. 

The cozy nature of this design is wonderful. For instance, the two white sofa chairs featured here can be what the client requests, but just in another color. Designers are ready to modify the fabric type and color. If this were a commercial project, then the fabric would have to be rated for commercial use. But, since this is a residential design project, any fabric type would work. For this area, I have chosen a different color, but similar type chair.

At this angle of the room, we have the interior view. The colors in this home are very neutral, that is because the designer has chosen to use the furnishings to be the artistic flare with pops of bright colors peppered throughout the home. Here, we see that in the pillows, and in the distance, the colorful painting. This room makes great use of natural colors in the wooden sculptures, the floor and foyer table. Sculptures are a must in design, it adds so much to every room.

Perched in the highly coveted Pacific Palisades, this multi-million dollar home showcases the best in design. Every aspect of the design focuses on detail from the entrance to the sunrise picnic areas, this home is absolutely epic.
