Bel Air – Holmby Hills Modern Luxury
Design begins with inspiration and in this room that’s the painting on the far wall. Every color in this painting can be found in the furnishings. The off white jumps from the painting and on to the chairs, the grey in the painting colors the sofas and the black covers the coffee table. Design must always tell a story, and a room must flow so that as an occupant of the environment, the rooms connect with color and pattern. From this angle, a subtle green tone from the outside bounces within the room reflecting on the coffee table, sliding door and glass wall to the left. To re-create this room I chose this sofa that blends with the painting.
Modern design much like all design is elegant and timeless in that its fit for the environment in the client house. In this bathroom design, the bathtub much like the shower has special lighting to illuminate that make the area look cool but the actual purpose of this lighting is to make sure that the client navigates the area properly. To re-create this room I chose the following to keep the colors consistent.
This luxury property balances elegant materials like dark granite and Romano travertine. Indoor and outdoor spaces merge, anchored by a 65-ft infinity pool and fire pit. The primary suite boasts a spa-like bathroom and balcony with a Jacuzzi. A chef’s kitchen, fitness room, theater, and 4-bedroom suites complete it. Lush landscaping melds the residence with a sophisticated place for picnics.
