Hollywood Hills Luxury Living

The window scenery in every room is valuable to a designer. When a room has windows, it is the opportunity for natural light to fill the room as well as the colors of the outside to help design the room. To recreate this room, the designer made sure to keep the windows open and colorful. The elongated sofa is matching the opposite sofa, however, the coffee table is too small for this area in my opinion. Instead, I would place a longer table matching the flooring and the window trim.

At this angle, the room is including a small dining table. This is what is called a multi use room, dining living room. In most cases, the dining table can be omitted, but if the client uses a table here, then I have chosen the below dining table because it’s design is similar to the coffee table which keeps the room uniform and cozy.

Introducing an unparalleled residence nestled on one of Brentwood Park’s most superb palm-lined streets. This monumental estate offers a sublime living, showcasing meticulous design and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Step into the awe-inspiring marble foyer, illuminated by a soaring skylight, leading to a grand staircase that gracefully separates the formal living and dining rooms. Modern kitchen seamlessly aligns with the home’s design ethos, characterized by flowing spaces fostering a tranquil ambiance with views of the Getty Museum. The rounded edges echo throughout the family and living areas, extending to the outdoor oasis, complete with a lushly landscaped garden and a captivating swimming pool for picnics.
