Luxurious Beverly Hills Marble Bathroom Design
This elegantly designed bathroom is both modern and timeless because of the subtle use of marble. The designer made special selections to make sure that the marble interacted with the client in the most elegant way. This is the client bathroom because typically guest bathrooms are on the first floor and only have a toilet and sink. Most likely, the floors in this room are heated for the winter. Marble is placed at the shower, bathtub and countertop, everywhere the client would spend the most time at. In recreating this room, I chose a bathroom ottoman with feet. This cloth color matches the natural floral arrangements in the room.
Elegant qualities of a room are found in both material and fixtures. At this angle, the bathroom lighting includes recessed circular ceiling lighting plus the pendant lighting hanging in the center of the room. In design, its important to include lighting that is coded for damp environments. This room will have steam from the shower, so its important to note that the pendant lighting can withstand damp environments. The pendant light I chose is certified to damp UL which means that the pendant lighting can handle the moisture creating in rooms like this. This particular pendant lighting has been handcrafted made special for this room design.
