Modern Beverly Hills Dining Design

Modern and incorporating nature into every aspect of the design is this Beverly Hills properly. The designer has brought nature into the room with the cactus plants to the right and giant flower sculpture straight ahead. As in any design, the designer needs to know about the occupants of the home and what they like. Design is about the client so visually I can see that the designer learned that the home owner loves nature and hence thought to bring in the plants and natural elements. Here, we see the dining room table. it is oval to fit the area better than a round table. For this area, I would have chosen the wood oval dining table below. I feet that it fits nicer given the design direction this designer is focused on.

Oval Dining Table

At this angle we see the dining table and how it flows with the rest of the room. This is called an open floor plan because there are no walls separating one space from another. It’s important to learn from the client in how they intend to use the space. If, for instance, they plan lots of parties with many people then keeping areas for conversation is the best way to organize the furniture. For this area, I chose the curved velvet sofa below in the black color so that it would strengthen the darker colors that seems to blend nicely with every room.

The lighting above the table is design in motion because they mimic sticks falling like a waterfall. Its nature and its wonderful to include this visually in the design. For this dining area I chose these wooden chairs that would pair nicely withe the wooden oval table I chose above. These chairs have a small cushion but as always the designer can order custom chairs to fit the dining area to specifications for the client. The vibe for this space says fun Cali picnic.

This modern property features grand spacious floor plan with high ceilings & marble floors throughout. The staircase with glass paneling leads to a private master suite with a lounge area that features a dual sided contemporary fireplace, textured tile walls, bright hardwood floors & modern glass. This space is very natural and fun for picnics everyday!

Modern home with natural elegant elements!
