Pears are gourmet fruit and always a part of my fruit preference and here is the fitness nutrition benefits of having a pear smoothie before a fitness routine.

Apple Pear Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pears peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 apple peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • ¼ cup oats gf if required
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon optional

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Dice and peel the apples and pears.
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a thick consistency. Add ice to preference.
