Yoga requires lots of energy and power. This smoothie bowl is power packed with all the juicy ingredients to give superhero strength. My most favorite ingredient are the juicy fruits because it balances the taste with the oatmeal or granola in this case. Here is the delicious recipe.

  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 180g raspberries
  • 1 peach, diced
  • 2 handfuls granola
  • ½ lime, juiced 
  • handful ice
  • 1 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
  • ½ sliced peach
  • handful berries
  1. In a blender, blitz the banana, raspberries, diced nectarine, half the granola, the lime juice and ice cubes, until smooth.
  2. Divide between bowls and top with the yogurt, remaining granola, sliced peach and berries. 
  3. Drink for power yoga picnic!
