Luxury Patio Design – Los Angeles
Patio design is super cozy because it adds an element of comfort in the garden and pool areas of the home. In this design, the designer chose to connect the outdoor area with the indoor design by using colors and like materials. In this case, the pillows mimic the foliage and the white pillows match the indoor areas. Typically in design, areas connect with the use of color and or textured patterns. I chose the following outdoor furniture for this area because it’s designed for the weather and it has a more cozy vibe.
The outdoor dining area is also made of iron furniture with padding for the seats and back area. When choosing furniture for the outdoor, it should be water proof and rust proof. That includes the fabric used for the seating areas. Here the designer chose to add more potted plants to this area which enhances the natural backyard picnic style.
The backyard areas of designed for comfort, social and dining. This is the comfort area and as always any area to be designed is analyzed first. For instance, the homeowner wanted several sections to entertain guests during dinner parties near the pool. This addition of cozy sofas adds the feel of the indoor areas to the backyard patio. This is a nice area for a pop up movie and a cozy picnic.
