INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 cups spinach, packed
  • 1 small apple cored and cut into chunk
  • 1 small banana, cut into slices
  • 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
