Luxury Beverly Hills Ranch Design

This ranch style home makes use of nature to design the interior. Above, there are natural wood pieces found in the coffee tables. The furniture pieces and the ceiling are in their natural tones. The designer may have used the ceiling itself as inspiration for this room. Typically, a painting contributes to color distribution in a room, which is the slight case here, but the wood textures in a tree is the predominant color for this room. In re-creating this room, I would have selected the chosen sofa below from Restoration Hardware. This sofa almost changes the focal point of the room in this color.

This is a minimalistic designed room in that it has only the essentials for a room. In this room there would be no book shelves or decorative shelf pieces. In design, common shapes are used to bring a room together. In this room, the lighting all take on a circular shape. In the evening, the ceiling lights that appear to be floating in the air illuminate the center of the home. In re-creating this room, I chose a circular crystal ceiling pendant that adds more luxury to this room.
