Here is a flavorful sandwich that gets some heat from a peri-peri sauce, a favorite South African condiment. It is a delightful sandwich that tops sautéed steak with French fries, ketchup, and a dash of peri-peri sauce. If you like more heat, feel free to add more of the peri-peri sauce.
